Profile:

Grace is a registered and licensed counsellor in Malaysia. She has more than 23 years of experience in both volunteer counselling and the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

Grace has been working in various settings, ranging from helpline and face-to-face volunteer counseling at an NGO organization, to serving as the Head of the Counseling Department at HD Training House, and working in corporate environments. This extensive corporate background, combined with her experience as the Head of the Counselling Department at HD Training House, allows her to deeply understand workplace stress, interpersonal dynamics, and leadership challenges.

She is experienced in emotional support, people development, workshop facilitation, and territory management. She has managed over 300 counselling cases involving marriage, relationships, parenting, emotional management, and personal development. Besides this, she has experience mentoring and guiding junior team members in the corporate sector, as well as supervising and guiding junior volunteer counsellors in delivering professional and ethical counselling services.
